Co-Founder and Consultant
Experience
Alleah has spent the last ten years managing sales teams and consulting projects in various industries, including distributed solar energies, enabling medical technologies, and consumer goods and services. Alleah provides growth, strategy, and execution planning to clients who are technology-centric and who are either penetrating new markets with existing technology or who are exploring ways to increase revenue in existing markets. She has worked with high profile customers to develop their short and long term goals, market analysis, sales projections, business development, and strategic road maps. Alleah helps clients achieve their goals through strong financial, sales, organizational, and investment strategies.
Alleah had an early start in business. As an undergraduate student, she worked for a nationwide residential painting company, where she quickly set the record for revenue booked and produced by a female, consistently placed in the top 5% of all sales managers, and was the youngest person in the company’s history to be promoted to Vice President. Alleah earned placement in the top 4 Branch Managers out of approximately 2000 hired.
As a V.P. in a $30 million company, Alleah was responsible for recruiting, training, managing, mentoring and oversight of a team of Branch Managers. While she was setting sales records, she was also able to maintain the expected 20% profit margin and stayed within the top 5% of all 175 districts with a 95% customer satisfaction. She received the MA Division Manager of the Year Award and was nominated for National Manager of the Year.
Prior to her graduate studies, Alleah volunteered for two years with Americorps, having completed over 1,700 hours of community service while working on diversified projects throughout the southern United States. Alleah became certified in disaster relief and without batting an eyelash, she was a first responder to Hurricane Katrina, leaving college to fly down to help. She co-led the Cajun Dome volunteer coordinating efforts along side the national Red Cross. Alleah developed systems and processes to manage over 1000 volunteers daily immediately following the hurricane, while training shift managers and developing much-needed communication lines between the United Way and the local Red Cross division.
Education
Alleah graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S. in Management, where she was accepted into the Isenberg School of Management and the honors Commonwealth College at University of Massachusetts Amherst. She then moved to California, where she earned her M.B.A. (also Summa Cum Laude) from the Monterey Institute of International Studies with a specialization in Business Development within Emerging Markets. Alleah also earned her IPMA-D for International Project Management through the IPMA.
